About OneSpaceMall

OneSpaceMall is an online marketplace for original brand products in Kenya. We do not sell to everyone and we do not list everything. We list brands, from sellers who have been checked.

Why we exist

Buying online in Kenya often means guessing. The photo looks right, the price looks right, and then the product that arrives is not the one you paid for. We built OneSpaceMall so that the product page you read is the product you receive.

How we work

Sellers apply to us with their business registration, their ID and the brands they stock. We inspect their stock before their first listing goes live. After that, complaints are reviewed every month, and a seller with proven complaints is removed.

• Every listing shows the brand and the seller who is selling it.
• The verified badge appears only on sellers who have passed our checks.
• If something is not what you ordered, you deal with us, not with the seller.
